What is this?
The interest form is designed to take players information who might be interested in playing on one of our teams throughout spring or summer. We use your info to keep you up to date and let you know of any updates or changes that might be taking place as we move closer to spring.

- CCM Chi-Town Shuffle, Chicago IL April 25th-27th Invite Only
- Top Tier USA, Pittsburgh, PA May 2nd-4th Invite Only
- Iron City Cup, Pittsburgh, PA May 16th-18th
- Music City Cup, Nashville, TN June 26th-30th
- Mercyhurst Jr. Lakers Summer Showcase, Erie, PA TBA (Expected to be 2nd week of July)
- CCM Summer Invite, Boston, MA TBA (2024 was held August 2nd-4th) Invite Only

For invite only tournaments, you must attend our ID skate & 3v3 series, December 28th & 29th in Cleveland, OH, or use the link below to send in game film of your son or daughter.
